Moving Sale: Everything will be sold – furniture, three-piece Queen Anne dining room set, couches, antiques, household items, rugs, and bar stools. 13 Gould Place, East Greenwich. 8 a.m. to noon.

Coastal Growers Winter Farmers Market: The Winter Farmers Market in North Kingstown features many vendors selling produce, meat, baked goods and artisan goods. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lafayette Mill at 650 Ten Rod Road in North Kingstown.

Prom Expo Fashion Show: Local photographer, Laura Ink Photography, is holding a fashion show to support the private, creative-arts-based School One, located in Providence. This year, it promises to be a fashion show like no other, with a “rock concert” theme. Students from School One will contribute to the show by performing the introduction, displaying their works of art, and designing clothing to be worn in the show. All of the profits will go directly to School One’s scholarship program for under-privileged students. Tickets will only be sold at the door for $10/adult or $5/children under 6 and students of School One. At Cole Middle School, 100 Cedar Ave. Doors will open at 7 p.m. with the show beginning at 8 p.m.

Have you joined the town emergency notification list yet? The Town of East Greenwich is looking for residents to join its emergency notification system. The town can only obtain phone numbers for households with land lines; if you have a cell phone you want the town to use for emergency notifications, you need to register it with the town. You can do that from a link on the town’s home page. You’ll find the link in the upper left corner. In addition, you can sign up to receive a weekly “eNews” email from the town. Get connected!
