I have been here quite a few times, and to be honest I have to agree with the previous reviewer. The woman who is always there (not sure if she is an owner or not) is downright rude. Immediately upon entering you are made to feel that you are bothering her with your presence, and if you are not immediately satisfied with her choices of frames she becomes impatient. She is unable to keep her criticism of you art and your framing choices to herself, and then mocks the choice of matting and glass that you might choose. I have been here twice due to convenience, but I will not have anything framed here again, instead I will stick with Providence Picture, they have sparkling customer service and always take interest in your art and ideas. The prices are on par with other framers, but the service is downright despicable.

i have been using the services of Crestar for at least 10 years
my experience with the frame shop has been stellar.i have gotten
nothing short of excellent advice for my framing needs.the workmanship
has been outstanding.i continue to use their facility even though after moving
it is not as convenient.i would say i am a loyal customer for more than 10 yrs.
