I have never been talked to so disrespectful as this office. I had to cancel my appt. for a cleaning the morning of because my stepdaughter who lives w us stayed home from school sick (throwing up sick) I called an hour before my appt. and the girl that answered I wont say her name SIGHED w a tone of annoyance and then said I'll have to call you back and hung up......really thats professional. Needless to say I shouldve taken my stepdaughter w me and let her throw up in the waiting room so they could clean it up. I will be taking my business elsewhere thats for sure. I didnt realize my dentist appt. was more important than taking care of my sick child, apparently to them it is.
