Excellence in Education Forum III: “A Closer Look at the Rhode Island Educational Evaluation System” is the title of the third of four forums presented by School Committee members as an outgrowth of the district’s Commission on Retaining High Quality Teachers. The idea is to engage the public in a conversation about accelerating the rate of education improvements in our public schools. Fire District meeting: The first meeting since voters approved a nonbinding referendum on merging the district with the town. The agenda is attached, right.
