EG’s Bob Plain Gets Arrested With Protesters In Boston
Just minutes after Plain arrived at the Occupy Boston encampment to cover the it, police moved in.
WPRO digital reporter, former EG Patch editor and EG resident Bob Plain was arrested early Monday morning in downtown Boston, along with 140 others, after police cracked down on Occupy Boston protesters. Plain, who was there as a journalist, was charged with unlawful assembly. “I got arrested,” Plain told WPRO news Tuesday around 8:30 a.m. He was driving back from Boston after having spent the night in jail. “I went to Boston to cover the Occupy Boston event.
