Police Release Details In Recent Heroin Dealer Arrest
An informant tipped off police about heroin transactions taking place around the Normandy Rooms apartment house on Main Street.
East Greenwich Police have released additional details about the recent arrest of Kenny Peguero for dealing heroin. EG Police and members of the Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force arrested Peguero, 21, of Diamond Street in Providence, for possessing heroin with intent to deliver on Thursday, May 24, at 3:30 p.m. The arrest was the result of a month-long investigation of activities at the Normandy Room apartments at 279 Main Street. An informant had told police about a series of heroin drug buys from a man later identified as Peguero, according to the report.
