EGBA MLK Tourney: Day 3

Sunday was the big elimination day ... most of the teams that play on Monday will be in championship games.

The East Greenwich Basketball Association's second-annual Martin Luther King Jr. Tournament started Friday night with 107 teams and finishes on Monday — MLK Day itself. EG Patch caught up with the action at East Greenwich High School this afternoon, getting photos and video from 11 year old boys and 10 year old girls. Games have been taking place at East Greenwich High School, Cole Middle School and Rocky Hill School. If you have photos, stats, or video from any of the games, you can either post them here, or send them to me via email (elizabeth.mcnamara@patch.com). EGBA MLK Tourney: Day 2

If you've got stats, photos or videos from the tournament, EG Patch wants them!

More than 100 teams are participating in the East Greenwich Basketball Association's second-annual Martin Luther King Jr. Basketball Tournament this weekend. With a double-elimination format, that makes for one heck of a lot of basketball! If you attend the games and take some photos or shoot video, we are hoping that you will post them here so that everyone can be part of the action. Use the caption space to add some details about the game: the age, the towns that played, score, and any other details if you have them. Let me know if you've added photos and I can make sure that they are featured. You can reach me via email at elizabeth.mcnamara@patch.com.
