Twenty40’s Post-Apocalyptic Bash: North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce’s young professionals group is holding a Post-Apocalyptic Bash to celebrate making it through the Mayan apocalypse. Young professionals from all over state are welcome to attend and prove to your peers that you made it through the doomsday predictions of Dec 21, 2012. Join us at Updike’s Newtowne Coffee Roasting Company, 7726 Post Road in N.K.on from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for Twenty40’s first event of 2013. Joining Updike’s will be local distillery Sons of Liberty with a sampling of their products.
