Here's the forecast as of 10:30 p.m. Thursday: "BLIZZARD CONDITIONS expected by late in the day and into Saturday morning. Snow is expected to start between 6-9am Friday morning and may initially be light; however, conditions will go downhill through the day with accumulations likely beginning by afternoon. The height of the storm will be Friday evening into Saturday Morning.
