Student Podcast Features EG Vet Who Happens To Be Cole Custodian
It's part of a new project by teacher Anthony Burnett-Testa.
Sometimes the best stories are right in front of you. Students at Cole found that out this week when they interviewed longtime school custodian David Isibel and learned that he joined the Marines at age 17, right after graduating from EGHS (Class of 1964). "The podcast was done after the eighth grade computer class discussed podcasting and how it can be used to enrich your life," said Cole science and technology teacher Anthony Burnett-Testa. "This may develop into an assignment where students make a podcast of a family event or record a podcast about their grandparents.
