I am pretty much a lifetime East Greenwich person but have recently found I like being persnickety, functionally obtuse, and in general a bit cranky. I have also written a newspaper column about East Greenwich matters for 6 years and entering year 7. I think it's now time to annoy people on Patch. Gteat fun! Let's see how it all works out.

SERIOUSLY? Okay, I'm interested in history of the area. Particularly Potowomut Neck and East Greenwich in general. I'm a founding member of EGGS, the town genealogical society, a member of the Warwick Historical Society and the American French Genealogical Society. Most of my columns have dealt with such topics. I am also on the state Advisory  Commission for Historic Cemeteries representing East Greenwich and getting our town's poor old graveyards back in shape is one of my highest priorities.
