  <strong> I believe that each person has the power to change their lives and their body has the innate ability to heal itself.</strong> As a bodyworker, I have worked with cients and have seen them heal body aches and pains improving their health using my unique blend of massage, reflexology and other hands-on modalities. As a &#39;heart &amp; soul&#39; coach, my clients learn skills and techniques that allow themselves to access their inner joy &amp; passions to lead a more productive and successful life. 

    My passion at Body-Wise Therapeutics and Soul-Wise living is to work with people to improve their health and happiness and to bring this into their lives. My client&#39;s results are many but ultimately, their work with me allows them to live a happier, healthier life and thereby improving their relationships with those that matter most in their lives.

    I am a local girl having moved to the Island as a teenager. Many may know me as a member of the YMCA professional staff in the 80&#39;s and early 90&#39;s.
