Mr Bottaro please answer this questions. Is it legal for a tenant in EG to have a yard sale ? No permits are required ? Can a landlord remove your items and throw them in the dumpster ?. Can the police threaten to arrest the tenant if the sale continues ?
Can another tenant or owners agents open your locked door and look/go in ?
What does a tenant do when the landlord repeatedly doesn't pay util. bills [all included in rent] and tenants lose service to water etc.?
Plus the bldg isn't lead abated the bathroom has porous wooden floor, molds developed, no light in the basement to reach the breaker, floor has holes etc., injuries due to no snow removal ?
As always ,Thank You for your very valued advise !

Mr Bottaro please explain liability law re: landlords not having exterior/interior lights to stairs & walkways . Also their legal obligation to provide a key to the basement so the tenant can access their utility panel etc. Lastly no paint business can store there solvents, paints etc. in the attic & basement of income properties listed only as residential. Thank You.
