ReplyI believe wider is better- Reducing the lanes will only add to the congestion. I suggest we put one of the engineers in charge of a store front for a year. With all this traffic construction and a reduced lane- let's see if they survive the stress of making ends meet to keep the doors open. It's difficult enough driving traffic to your business, never mind getting them to return if it is an unpleasant journey.

ReplyI agree with Frank. It was a nasty storm and they did a great job getting at least one lane cleared on the side streets for emergency and electrical workers to pass through.
