Christmas Services In East Greenwich

Christ Church, 1025 Main Street, E.G.

Christmas Eve services: 3:30, 5, 6:30 and 8 p.m. The two earlier services are children and family-oriented, with singing. The later services will include carol singing and candle-light singing out at the nativity.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 99 Peirce Street, E.G.

Christmas Eve services: 4, 7, and 10:30 p.m. The 4 p.m. service is more child-oriented, accompanied by the children’s choir. The 7 p.m. has music but no choir. The 10:30 service is accompanied by the adult choir.
Christmas Day service: 10 a.m.

E.G. United Methodist Church, 1558 South County Trail, E.G.

Christmas Eve services: 4, 7, and 10 p.m. The 4 p.m. service includes a traditional Christmas pageant. The 7 p.m. service is the family candlelight service and the 10 p.m. service offers candlelight and communion.

First Baptist Church of E.G., 30 Peirce Street, E.G.

Christmas Eve services: 5:30 and 11 p.m. The earlier service is billed as the Family Service. The latter as the Midnight Service.

Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 65 Third Street, E.G.

Christmas Eve masses: 4 p.m. and midnight (12/25). The 4 p.m. mass is the vigil with the children’s choir. The adult choir sings at Midnight Mass, with music beginning at 11:30 p.m.
Christmas Day masses: 7:30, 9, and 10:30 a.m.

Christmas Eve masses: Vigil Masses at 4 p.m. in the Church and basement; “Midnight” mass at 11 p.m., with music starting at 10:30 p.m.
Christmas Day masses: 8 and 10:30 a.m.
